Whay Do You Think Of Farm King?

Hi Folks,

I am seriously considering getting the 50inch 3 pt snow blower and 48 inch tiller by Farm King. What do you think of the product? If you have had a good experience or bad I would like to know before I spend $2,650 of my hard earned $$$

I have a 48 in. medium duty Farm King rotatiller. No complaints on it for normal duty. Mine got used to till up about 7 acres of 30 year old sod with lots of slate and granite rock. It has a slip clutch but the I coudn't get it set properly as the B7100 didn't have enough power to do this. The chain has broken quite a few times and the top bearing casting on the chain side broke. The tines have all been broke off at least once and replaced. I've got the chain repair down to about half an hour and always have a supply of conectors and tines on hand.

Mine was used in severe service with all the rocks and even a few small stumps from chockcherry. Back in Alberta in sandy soil there were absolutley no problems with it.
