OK, I spoke with Jason at Betstco.
He said that Depurator is actual tank vent and to clean it with some spray cleaner. MOF, when I get my hands on it, I'd also track down the tube that goes from that Depurator and figure where exactly it goes and clean entire run of it and whatever it's connected to on the other end.
