Definitely a scam. I saw many of those when I started looking into buying a tractor. Almost bit on a couple, but figured if they were too good to be true, they were.

found out it was in Slovakia, even though the listing said US. He said he listed it as US because the tractor was manufactured for the US market. Wonder how many times his little scam has worked?
