What's the secret to drilling through 1/4" angle iron?

I seldom indicate because I am the sole user and know the setup characteristic.

If only...

God only knows who uses the mill at work.

If I am just roughing out something or just trying to locate some holes to fit a flange, or just trying to find center to drill in a round shaft, I dont worry too much.

But for any serious work, I check everything.
