Whats the difference between the 419, 300 and 300CX FEL?

I can't seem to find the lift capacity figures for any of the loaders mentioned. I've got the 300CX on my 3520 and wanted to know what my lift limit is.

What exactly are they referring to when they say w/ regen? I have seen this several times and am unsure of what regeneration is and how do I use it with my 300CX? Hope this isnt a hijack.

I have mine set up for regen but I don't really notice a difference.
