What\'s the deal with BEST USED TRACTORS???

I ordered some manuals over 15 days ago from this company, I still don't have my manuals, I left a message on the phone answering machine several days ago, sent emails, etc. And NOBODY has bothered to call me back or even email me. I don't have a confirmation number or anything. Have I been swindled?
Should I reverse my credit card charges?
Anyone dealt with this company before?

I agree, Rick is very honest and trustworthy. It is odd that he hasn't gotten back to you, but I do know that he has had some major computer problems recently. Send him another email.
