Having a backhoe is nice, if you have the need for it often enough to justify the cost. If you have turf tires you can remove the liquid in them and opt for a 3pt weight. For $2500 you could buy new turf tires and wheels for kubota and get either the mid mower or rear mower for it. The loader comes off pretty easily so that'll save some weight. If you have Industrials or ag tires you could sell them to offset the cost. If your ground is pretty hard the industrials may not tear it up once the ballast is removed. I've had my 4240 for 5 years now and never loaded the tires. I just have a simple 55 gallon drum full of cement for 3pt. I'm not trying to talk you out of selling but just point out some of the options you might not have thought off.
