What's it worth?

Hi All,

There is a 2002 Kubota T-1870 lawn mower coming up for auction. It appears to be in nice shape with 80-90 hours on it. Anybody have any idea what this lawn mower would be worth? How much is too much?

Nobody has bought a used T1870? Ever? I see this model is now discontinued, are they a big pile of crap? Anyone know anything about this model? Anyone know what is a fair price? Anyone? Bueller?

Compact Tractor Guide gives a price range for a 2002 :high $2640.00 ,low $1980.00. when sold new MSRP was $4399.00....russ

Heard they did have some issues, and a buddy of mine did have to scrap his (same year and model). He always took good care of his equipment. Dont know what the problems were. Seems pretty expensive to me for a used mower that you dont know anything about.

Just to close the loop on this thread, this mower went for $1900.00. I think seven or eight people were bidding on this thing, so it went up pretty quick. It was more than I was willing to pay.......I bought something else instead.
