Oil & Fuel Whats best?

I need to change the fluids and do a service on my 2002 L4610 Gst.. What would you recommend for fluids? I have heard from some locals, the sudt2 can cause issues if used? My friend had the udt in his, switched to the full synthetic, and lost some loader power and stuff. He switched back and issues went away? I have 455 hrs on it now, and the previous owner said he only ever changed the engine oil, and just the filters on the hydro systems... I want to do what is best for the machine.. I have noticed my loader seems a bit slower lately... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks...

I honestly don't know which is best, I have never use SUDT2 in any of mine, I used UDT in most and my L5030 worked well with it, but it is HST, Depmandog and Agrantina have GST, you might check with them if they don't show up. I can't remember anyone else with GST.
