I don't know where to look for pricing on selling my 2009/10 2305 with 240 hours. Has 62" deck, 47" snowblower and all the quick attach stuff. 3pt hitch has never been used. Took it off when I took delivery on it. The tractor is spotless with the normal scuffs on the deck and blower. Had more oil changes than recommended, and gets clay bar'd and waxed twice a year. Always shedded and in warm garage in winter. What do you think it would be worth to sell it private? Thank in advance.

I am looking to sell mine inorder to upgrade to a bigger tractor (2520/2720). I priced mine (tractor only) at $8,200 to start with and am currently at $7,900. So far no interest.
I did some research on what they are listed at and deducted for a loader / mmm if one was included and came up with an average $ for tractor only at about $9,200.
I had a 47" blower on mine when I lived in Montana and when we moved I listed it on consignment with the dealer (blower only, no hitch) and sold it in less than a month for $1,200.
62" MMM's are hard to find used, and the few I have found run $1,500 to $1,800. New they are about $2,000.
I guess it depends on what you need/want to get out of it but I'd say a good starting point would be around $12,000. (keep in mind this is what I as an owner would value it at, not necessarily what someone looking for a good deal might be willing to pay)
Keep in mind John Deere still is competing against us with 0% interest. Someone could buy a new 1 series an pay less than what it would cost them with interest to buy a good used tractor.

Hey Iowa2305... I will be selling mine shortly too (assuming you're in Iowa as well 
). Take a peak at Deere's Machinefinder or Tractorhouse. These machines are still pulling pretty good money with Loader and Mower. It seems like the sit for a while as tractor only but move pretty good with the two extras.

I just left a dealer and he gave me a wholesale value of $6,668 and a retail value of $8,860 for tractor only.
I did an average of the tractors + mmm that I found on Iron Search and came up with $10,536.
There is a 2008 model with 435 hours, mmm + 47" blower on Iron Search for $12,500.
