Comparison what would be a good price

hi guy's, here's the question. I want to up-grade to larger equipment.
I have a 2006 M-F 1528 w/ loader 700hrs. well maintained dealer records, 5' brush cutter
and new 5' box blade, and 16' trailer. new trailer tires and new floor. also a
5' kk tiller. I am going to ask for $14000.00 do any of you think thats a fair price ?

With all the extra's seems like a fair deal. Hopefully the prospective buyer would be interested in all the extra's.
