What type of hose for Diesel Fuel?

Hi guys. I have a barrel pump that I use to store fuel and have been pumping into a 5 gallon can when I need to fill the tractor. I'd like to set up about a 15 foot hose with a ball valve on the end so I can fill the tractor directly from the barrel. What type of hose do I need?

If you have a Tractor Supply close, check their on-line catalog. I purchased a replacement hose for my elevated gravity flow tank there a few years ago.
Stock item.

I also bought a gas station type hose and nozzle there for my electric fuel pump.

tsc, HF, and most better auto places have either bulk hoses or packaged hoses and valves for fuel stations.

i know our local tsc and napa does.. etc.

I have found gas pump hoses ridiculously expensive. I bought this
Watts RVNL 3/4ID 75ft Clear Vinyl Tubing - 1 Roll

I can see what is being pumped, and it wasn't $20 a foot. Rated for all sorts of nastiness..

Gas pump/fuel pump hose is crazy expensive because it has grounding wires inside of it for gasoline. And, it's designed to be treated by idiots at gas stations, so it can get run over by all sorts of things, dragged down streets, weather, etc. etc.

For your own, diesel tank anything that's rated for petroleum products will work. Heck, I've even seen garden hoses.

But, with an elevated tank - keep your eye on dry rotting in the line. Next thing you know, everything in the elevated tank, might end up in your yard.

I found 20 foot at Northern Tool for $40 which I dont see as exhorbidantly priced for 3/4" hose. 15 foot was $30. Prices dont include taxes or shipping.
This was anti-static hose good for gasoline or other petroleum product. Heck 50 foot of 5/8" good quality garden hose will cost you that much.
