what to use to keep diesel \"wam\" in winter

Does a dipstick warmer work at all to help a diesel start on cold days? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif If not what does work.

Thanks for the help

I have an engine block heater on my tractor. I start it about 1hour before I want to use it.

No need to keep it warm, simply use any of the "anti-gel" products on the market. I prefer not to use conditioner/anti-gel products because they are not primarily designed to keep the fuel in a liquid state.
