What to do with 55 gallon barrels

Thanks for the response Junk. 23 years eh???? So what have you really gotten once you "think" you have gotten this kind of situation settled? I will call my attorney back this week and see what he thinks is the best remedy to all of this. This has really put a damper on our spirits and excitement about our land. When you say "come to financial terms with you", what exactly do you mean by that? And how would leasing them long term be any different than granting an easement, legality wise, other than I would be getting a little money from it.
