Sprayer What size 3-point sprayer

for my bx1800 + 1 acre yard? ( have 80 lbs of extra weight on the front)
I am thinking that a 25-30 gl would be more than enough

That is what I have on my B7100, and it works great. Are you going to get one with a boom?

I have a 10-ft boom on mine with 3 - 170 deg. flood tip nozzles that covers about a 15 ft wide strip, but the best modification that I have made is to put a nozzle in the center of the back folding arm that allows me to use only 1 center nozzle when the boom is folded. That way I can narrow the spray to about 6 feet so that I can control the spray in tight areas.

I use a 200 gallon with a 22 fot boom. works great. One critical thing is to clean and put light oil or antifreeze in the pump each time if you are using a rorary pump. It will extend the life of the pump 3-4 times. Some of the chemicals are agressive and will casue pitting and destroy the rollers. If you need the cacluations for nossel size, hight of nossel from the ground and speed over the gound let me know, I will be happy to give them to you.

A sprayer that has done a great job on acre sized lots for quite a few years and hopefully quite a few more.

How about dual 15 gallon tanks? One tank to make things grow, one tank to kill the nasties that you don't want to grow!

I use this one at my 6 acre warehouse complex and 15 gallons will make it around 1/2 the property using the spay guns to kill weeds and vines on the fences. There is a field out back that is about 1 acre, I would think that 15 gallons would be enough to spray that with the boom arms, but I've not done that yet. I plan taking the spray rig home and using the boom sprayer to go after the dandelions.
