What should I do about my CT225?

I just have this..My replacement tractor came from savanah ga. My sales guy said they were sending my old 225 back there. I dont know how close you are to this dealer but if your 225 has around 50 hours on it w/visable overspray on the loader and floor mats RUN away from the deal!

btw. there were no specs on my paperwork regarding the hp numbers. My argument was with the sales brochure and the web site. They all said 27hp. I started with my sales guy, his boss. the store owner and the local bobcat sales rep. If you pursue a new tractor, Bobcat should now have a clue that some users are not happy with the bait and switch tactics. The 27 hp has a completely different engine, bobcat can not just say the specs were changed due to some new testing criteria. I love my new tractor, but I think the difference is due to the fact I had a lemon, not 2 less hp.

You wouldnt happen to have the vin # from your old tractor would you. Thats exactly where my machine is coming from. I'm supposed to be getting a new machine, and because of the drive time theres no way for me to look at it until I pick it up. Surely they wouldn't paint it back like new and try to sell it? I dont think that the hours could be manually turned back?

That's wishing thinking if you think its not within a dealers abilities to do such a thing. I've seen it done with cars, no reason why a bit of touch up paint and a new hour clock can't be accomplished either.
