Looks like a 3-bottom moldboard plow (New Holland). Is this a trick question? Hard to interpret the word "what" in your question. Looks like a good un, got colters and trash deflectors. It'd be great for turnin' over last year's corn field. Trouble is nobody can afford to do that anymore. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Seema like the mole boards have an extension on the back to help turn over sod.

I found it on the New Holland Deutschland web site. This looks like a neat plow.I don't know very much about plowing soil. Looks like you can flip the plow over and plow in the same furro in the opposite direction?

IMO it appears to be an old John Deere plow painted Ford/NH blue with New Holland decals thrown in for good measure. Take a plow share and a coulter off and take it to a JD farm dealer to confirm.
