What modifications should I expect attaching a RCK54-24B to a B2601?

I've got a B2601, and theres a good deal for a RCK-54-24B nearby. I know this isn't my model (RCK54-34). What kinds of issues/modifications should I expect if I try to make this work? Is this a non-starter? RCK54-24B is like new for $1000.
