didn't read the entire post so sorry if this is a repeat.
My tiller has a removable section in the middle of the gate, so when tilling it leaves a nice V row in the middle. Yanmar tiller. bw

I can't imagine your setup, could you post a pic? I tried out the disk hillers yesterday. It was too wet and the rows turned out clumpy and will need to be knocked off. Wife says they are also too wide.
