Good points about not HAVING to keep everything together. I dunno in my situation what would be improved my relocating everything. It will all get redone for sure when the time comes. I don't need much freeze protection, but it is required. It is encouraging to know that if a well can be relined or a new pump that the roof may not need to come off. Though in thinking about it, it will get a metal roof anyways. I could basically build one long building, wall off the well from the rest. Maybe sister the 2 dividing joists and should the roof and one wall have to come off the well side, it could. Though the walls will be Hardie plank , so it best be short one. It has a basic 10" sand filter. I may need to improve upon that. We love our water, but apparently it makes the toilets funky... Thanks for the CSV info. I found it quite interesting.
