What kind of hydraulic fitting is this?

Bought a tree shear at auction, probably Chinese junk. One hose was missing a quick connect. It has this weird connector. I need to go from this (female) to 1/2” NPT male. Any idea what it is?

I've seen the same type fitting on cheap electric pressure washers where the pressure hose connects...

That's a pretty standard type of fitting. It's indeed a DIN 2353 fitting.
