What John Deere is comparable to a Cub 2500/3000 series ?

I have an older (95) Cub 1863 with the 18 hp Kohler and also have a John Deere 345 with a 18 hp Water cooled Kawasaki also a 95 They are about the same size and both do a good job. The JD has power steering
