1954 Ford 6 and attachments - farm & garden - by owner - sale

It might be a sweet deal to some based on the wording of the ad. Sounds like a one family tractor. It looks like a 5 speed which I did not know they had in 1954?

Here is a Case I had the pleasure of seeing work at the Half Century of Progress Show. I believe that is a 22 bottom plow it is pulling.

It was something else. He had a steam whistle he would sound off from time to time. Very impressive!

Outfitted with a belly mower, I do think it would be a little hard on the lawn

Was the soil looser after it was plowed or before that tractor ran over it? I am thinking the weight packed the soil much deeper than that plow could get to.

It did a very nice job. It took about 4 people to operate it, so not very efficient.

Looks like a 660 with a live PTO clutch like my 1958 861D has. I think that was the first year they made that configuration.
