So as it turns out today will go down in history as the day Victoria, BC FINALLY completes their “new” sewage treatment plant and discontinues the archaic practice of dumping raw sewage into the ocean.




Now I’m certain that most are familiar with the saying “When SH*T hits the Fan” ?

Well, my best friend had the demolition contract for the old treatment facility and guess what??? I HAVE THAT FAN!!!

I went to the grocery store a few days back; the checker was too busy playing grab *** with a couple of her coworkers to pay much attention to me, and didn't check my beer, which was on the bottom of the basket. Got my ticket, and asked if she had gotten my beer. He expression turned to what looked like a tree full of baby owls; and she then quickly added it to my bill. She said something to the effect that I could have gotten out without paying for it; I told her I found that honesty was the best policy, and it had served me well. I think I was a bit surprised when SHE was surprised that I called her attention to her inattention.
