I was absent the day they discussed how avoid wrinkles in 3M duct tape; in fact, I usually have to cut mine a foot too long because the ends have a tendency to stick to themselves, and I have to cut the end off anyway. I may have to use twice the amount necessary, but at least I get 'er done. I'd rather cut precision finger joints all day than to duct tape one Christmas tree box.

Some of my cobbled up solutions work so good there’s no need to change it. Others were a complete flop but I’m too lazy to fix it.
