Not just over there then.
Over here they stop at roundabouts when there isn't a car in sight or even more annoying they only switch on the indicator as they turn the steering wheel, they dont like to give away the fact that they are turning in case someone gains an advantage like being able to get out of a junction after sitting there for years.
