I think market saturation has a more direct correlation to dealer availability. The closest dealer to me is a large Kubota dealership, selling only Kubota and misc used equip. So, most folks around here push Kubota orange. Deere & Yanmar/Cub are next, but I probably see 1 JD Green to every 10 Kub orange around me. Kioti seems to do well here, as the Kioti/Massey dealer is the only game in the "next-town-over" type setting. He sells 5-to-1 Kioti to Massey, because the Massey's are typically priced higher than comparable Kioti's. There's old Ford's around here, and a small handful of NH Blue. I think I'm the only LS in my little local community, but they're growing. My LS dealer is about 30 miles away, the next closest is 45 miles. They're the #1 & #2 LS sellers in the state (there's currently 10)... but if this forum is any indication, I would say LS might be the fastest growing. Kioti had seemed to be before, but LS might be now.
