Darn this is a tuff crowd. I saw the impliment and wanted to note the similarity to a garden weasel and five guys had posted ahead of me. Got to be fast around here.

The frame looks like an old two-row Dearborn cultivator. I've spent many hours installing/adjusting the sweeps on a cultivator like that when I was a kid. We didn't have the rotary aerator/weeders, but with sweeps installed, they do an excellent job of plowing garden spots up to about 4 acres. Then it gets a little tedious and you want something larger.
