Better pictures of paws/claws would be helpful... Not that Im the expert qualified to make the call, but retractable sharp claws = cat, more dull and fixed claws = canine.

Years ago, crawling under a house on my belly, knocking cobwebs down with one hand, flash light in the other, I came face to face with a feline in much the same condition as the one pictured. A bit of a shock in the moment. Homeowners response was 'wondered what happened to that cat...' had been missing a few years.
