Welcome to the forum. How old is old?
Pic on that site is too small to see much detail.
Looks to be a tool bar with all but a few of the "tools" removed.

Quite a variety of different tools could be bolted and positioned on the tool bar, such as spring tooth diggers, sweeps for cultivating, tines for raking gravel/dirt.

If a better pic was available to post, then more may be determined.

Looks like what we call a Field Cultivator. Here is a picture of a new 1 that is made here in Kentucky. Ferguson did make these in the fifties. Ken Sweet

With those shovels and spacing it looks like some kinda hiller or potato plow....no? With those forging or castings it likely is a good brand for its day...like Dearborn or Massey or ??

Those castings that hold the shanks are either Ferguson or Dearborn. I have some here on the lot. Ken Sweet
