What is this pedal

I believe I have every button, pedal and lever figured out on my MF205, but there is this one pedal that I have no clue about. It's down below the seat and not very accessible, but looks like a foot pedal. Here is a picture:

My guess it is a brake to lock one wheel or a differential lock.

and a very useful pedal that diff lock is too! I find it can significantly improve stability and safer traversing of extremely uneven ground.
