Dark spot on tail is far from the end of it.
Definitely a cougar/mountain lion.

Bobcat, his left ear has a dark outer rim; I don't think mountain lions have that. Definitely not a coyote, ears are too short and really doesn't look like a canine

I won't be satisfied until modify the closing narration from a very old TV show:
"There are eight million stories in the naked city, this has been one of them."
Modification:
There are twenty to thirty mountain lions in Arkansas. This might have been one of them.
I found a site that said there are 20 to 30 mountain lions in Arkansas.

Found another site that said there are 100,000 coyotes.

A picture of its face would sure help. Around these parts - it's a "short eared" coyote that hasn't lost its winter coat yet. AND it's definitely not big enough to be a cougar/mountain lion.

I agree with oosik , not big enough for a lion, I get lots of pics of bobcats , never seen one with a coat like that, Maybe because its summer,
