What is this called and where can I find some?

I'm posting this for my brother in law. He recently bought an old Super A and had planned on using it in his garden. He got a bunch of loose parts and plows with it but wasn't familiar enough with the tractor to know what he needed. After getting some help to set it up, he found out he only has one of these "feet" where the plows attach to. Not sure if that's the right name for the part. Picture is attached hopefully. The top of the part is a large round shaft. It has a spring loaded mechanism that trips if you hit something solid and the plows attach to the bottom. Any of you folks out there know the proper name for this thing and where he might get 3 of them? THANKS

BIL just called and said he found some. He can get to plowing now.

Thats a cultivator shank in the picture ----sweeps bolt on the bottom.
