A friend of mine came up with a strange hand tool, and posted a pic of it on Facebook to see if anyone knew what it was. It's been 2 weeks, and nobody has a (serious) answer. So here it is. What the heck is it?

Meat tenderizer for bacon strips maybe. Can't see that being of any use on a Texas Steak. :licking:

That was my thought too. I have seen something like that before, but don't recall it having anything to do with tenderizing meat. Oh well, it's certainly before my time.
