It's an allen-head screw and locknut just to the right of the bucket operating lever on my Yanmar...

It's probably the PRV-Pressure Relief Valve for the loader controls.

It looks identical to the relief valve on my Walvoil control valve for my loader.

It does look like the relief valve adjuster.
