I never complain about the weather, but I'm going to take the liberty now. The weather at my house has become a pet peeve. For the last 5 months, with the exception of, maybe 3 times, every time there is rain in the forecast, it does this.
Honestly, you see how it looks like there is a big, invisible, force field around KC keeping it clear of rain? Every time there has been rain forecasted for the last 5 months it approaches from the west, then, just when it gets to the state line, dissipates right before it gets here.
I have been hauling water and dragging hoses around all summer trying to keep stuff alive and am SO ready for winter. This has been the driest year I can remember. Doing it again today.
Over and out.
