My family has a Massey Ferguson 135 my grandpa's brother purchased new and then my grandfather purchased it from him back in the early 80's. We took the tractor in to have the rear engine seal replaced which is a perkins diesel engine, and a steel line for the power steering motor. So I am wondering what is the correct age, and what is unique to this tractor. We use the tractor to pull a 12' wood batwing finishing mower and the tractor just turned 2000 hours. It looks like the rear end is heavier and a lower profile than other 135's I have seen. I was told the tractor came with a factory mounted hood ordainment when it was new, the top is broke off now.
