If you are including the BH (TLB) then that price is considerably low. I got more for a CK20 TLB as a trade in last year (180hrs).

I'd suggest trying to get 14.5K maybe even 15K for the TLB to a private party.

That does change things a bit . In that case I'd think 12K is a bit high but you could try.

My dealer offered me 11K on a trade for mine....200 hrs, HST no backhoe. Proably right for a trade, but i think i will sell outright when the time comes.

I just now listed it in craigslist with the backhoe, toothbar etc. for 17500.00

Just another data point for you. A guy in southern Maryland has his CK25 HST TLB for sale at $15000. I think it has around 400 hours. He's had it for sale for a couple of months now. It does not have any cracks......yet.

A friend of mine was interested in it. But, the loader cracking issue scares him, and he owner won't lower the price nor go get the kit installed. The cracked loader issue is a killer for us owners when it comes to resale. Good luck.

Buy new arms, sell it and don't look back. If the cracking issue is a killer, (and I'm sure it would be most of the time), the cost of new arms will be recovered.

Wait a minute. I thought from some other posts that the loader arm cracks was a problem only with older units. Is it still an issue?

Mine was bought in 4/15/2005
Jon hasn't had the problem yet on any he's sold, but is looking into the kit for me. Will let you know..

A ck30 HST TLB just sold last week on Ebay in Northern Virginia for 15,600. It had 41 hours on it.
