What is my 855 worth?

Looks like we may be moving (from Indiana) to out of state and moving into town where I won't need my 855. What I have is the following:

1998 JD855 w/DSCV & MFWD, turf tires with only 208 hours (Yes, 208 hrs)
with JD 72" mid-mount mower and engine coolant heater.
JD #550 Heavy Duty Tiller
JD #45 Rear Blade

I want to sell this as a package deal and would like to know what I can sell the package for. I would also like to know what the tiller, the blade, and the 855 should sell for in case I can sell the tiller and/or blade separately BEFORE I sell the tractor. I won't sell the tractor separately if the tiller and blade have not been sold.

Any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I'd put $10500 as the starting point.

Those x55 series machines really hold their values...but 10.5 sounds OK for a quick sale.
