What is a Kubota L2800DT cost?

Hi, My local dealer has a L2800DT with 4X4 and has a 29 HP engine and wondering what this tractor costs when it's not on sale? The dealer is selling it for $10,495 and wondering if this a good deal?

If you want it, grab it! That's $2,800.00 less than I paid, and although I didn't get a great deal, I didn't get ripped-off either.
