I have a 2008 Yanmar SC2400 (Cub Cadet branded.) I've upgraded to a larger 30 hp New Holland, so I need to put this little fella on the market, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how much I should be asking for it. If I look at tractor house, it seems the prices are all over the map. I'd like to price it fairly, because I'd like it to move soon than later, so what would you ask for it? Here are the vitals:

90 hours (yes only 90 hours)
First owner
CL200 loader
no other attachments
new battery
clean, everything works, no damage, just the normal wear expected on a 7 year old unit.
I used it mainly for firewood gathering. It did see limited time with a brush hog, and tiller, but I'd say less than 5 hr total.
Based on what I've seen, I'm thinking $8500, does that sound reasonable?
