Tractor Sizing What horsepower and or weight tractor is enough

We see a lot of preference here on TBN for buying new and making payments instead of buying used and doing the maintenance.

Nothing wrong with that of course, but it means there ought to be a lot of used machines on the market and I'm not seeing them. Why?

OK, I've got it now:
Tractor won't run & diagnostics show it isn't putting out any emissions.
Clearly what it needs is emissions repair.

Makes sense to me.

One of the kubota dealers near me made the statement a few months back that , they had so many tractors in their shop for emissions issues, that they didn't have time to prep new tractors to leave the lot. Said they had some top people at the dealership trying to figure out the issues.

If it has DEF, and something is wrong with the DEF system,or the computer thinks something is wrong, It will set a code even though the tractor isn't putting out emissions
