Also, though I don't really consider this my fault, but I sheared the blades off the HST fan within 20 hours of use on my tractor. A little twig must have gotten up there. What a POS design.

My issue with it is the dealer/manufacturer telling me how strong these little machines are, how durable, better than Deere, blah blah blah. All it took was one small twig to take it out. Just seems a little ridiculous.
In the end fine keep that fan design, but at the very least provide a skid plate from the factory to protect it.

Ran pallet fork into gate then the post. Now gate no shut, I blamed the crazy

A better question for me is, What have you not hit with the tractor. I punched a big hole in the barn door and told my daughter lightning hit it. She fell for it. Then when I crunched a gate and told her lightning hit it, she said "Wait a minute. Did you name your tractor Lightning?" So, I confessed the tractor is named Lightning. Its a family joke now.

I was checking my rad one day on my LS 4041 and for some reason forgot to put my bush guard back up ... went to move a rather large rock and heard a little noise when I lifted the bucket? When I lowered the bucket I heard a "larger" noise as my guard went crashing to the ground. Glad to see that engineers design certain bolts to break much easier than others.
