What dumb thing did you do today?

Oh yeah I done that, two years ago I landed on the ladder and my back hurt so bad for a month I could just barely walk or get out of bed, no one had back pain like I did, I hate ladder work......

Me too, I hate ladders. I swear, when I get old and eccentric and have enough money in the bank, I will buy a boom lift.

I'm a doing dumb things expert!
Yesterday morning we get a few telemarketer calls and I mess with them.
Then phone rings...I answer in this weird voice...caller says "Jane?!?" (Actually not my wife's name but I want to protect the innocent ).
Still with weird voice I say "ya-uss".
"Uhhh...Jane...could you use some Skin-So-Soft?" (At this point I still didn't realize it was our neighbor the Avon lady).
"No...what I need is some D*ck-So-Hard".
Wife grabs phone, apologizes for me.

So the dog & I just got back from our second morning walk. This time we walked out to the mail box - one mile each way. My garbage can is out there also. So, I stand there - go thru the mail. Keeper - garbage. As we are doing this a miserable spring squall came thru. Snowed like it was going to be really serious. Only lasted ten minutes but there I stand in my T-shirt & shorts. Dog & I huddled under a giant pine for protection. That's what we get for thinking spring was here.

I know the feeling, I had to scrape snow and ice off my windshield to go to work this morning.
Not really enough to stick on the ground, but just enough to make a mess of my windshield.

Wife knows me by now.
I'm mowing grass, Avon lady's husband rides over on his mower. I told him...he laughed until he fell off his mower (it was shut off).
