Pressure cooked 28 min with 15 min depressurization, then released rest of pressure.
One fell apart transferring to cookie sheet, brush on sauce, and put in oven at 400° for 5 minutes.

Got rib out for today's dinner. I used Ricks recipe last time. The vinegar was strong for me first day. Maybe I put to much in for a 3 quart IP. Couple days later I ate the leftovers. They tasted perfect.
