What do you do with your Instant Pot you cant do with a crock pot?

Make that two fingers, as I remembered I don't care for yams. I do like sweet potato french fries, but I don't like cooked yams.

I use a recipe for baked sweet potatoes that uses orange juice, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Chopped walnuts on top. It is good, odd sounding but it is good. Sweet potatoes are steamed first, then baked with the mix on them.

You can do carrots in the exact same recipe.

When I make chili dogs, I steam the bun, lay it open faced on the plate, slit the jumbo dog in half lengthwise and lay it on the open bun cut-side up. Then I ladle the chili onto the dog and bun, top with onions and cheese, and eat it with a fork and knife. Oh man! :licking:
