What do you do with your Instant Pot you cant do with a crock pot?

We eat a lot of our vegetables steamed or baked/broiled with garlic and olive oil.

I steam a lot of broccoli, green beans, asparagus, cauliflower, carrots, etc... but I'm careful to keep them crisp and don't let them get limp. If you steam them so long that the water changes color, that's too long. They get too soft in the instant pot for my liking.

Maximum 8 minutes in my book. Then take them immediately off of the steam. Then I drizzle fresh lemon juice if I have lemons.

Have you ever tried to do like the DR in the tube did. Use an Instant Pot steam basket and set the timer to 0 minutes. I use the steaming basket a lot in the Instant pot and let it go for a few minutes, I'm going to try that for 0 minutes next time so as soon as it gets up to pressure it will cut off.
