What do I have?

Ran across this yellow and green machine clearly marked as a John Deere.
It is a childrens size riding mower
But the manufacturing tag has a model #H10157013 Serial #08669429
It says made by Huffman Mfg Co.
I cannot find any information about a little tractor like this after much google searching
Anyone have any info? Year made? Rare? Common? Junk?

after i posted this, that is the conclusion we came too also, someone long ago painted it this way,
I was asking for a friend I only was there long enough to take the pics.
