Yup, that's what I got. Had a '19 that I really liked, a GT Plus AWD.

Between the altitude and hills the V6 wasn't quite enough for me, and I had looked at used pursuit models to get a V8 with AWD, but lots of idle hours on those.

When they announced being able to get that new I couldn't resist, and at just over $40K I think it was a very good value.
Wife has always liked the Durangos, and had a 2012 for about 6 years. Ours was a 3.6L (i think, a medium sized V6). If she gets another, it will be the 5.7L. I kinda half way said, maybe a TrackHawk?

Mine is AWD. Do you know if the Durangos are rear wheel drive biased and only engage the front when needed? Or is it full-time AWD

Yes, a 3.6. Those are good engines, perfectly fine in a Challenger, but just not enough for a Ram 1500 or Durango around here.

A Trackhawk would have to be used (and probably come abused), but you can order a new Durango with the same engine, and for less than what the '23s cost.

I haven't dug into that yet. In a Challenger the AWD is kind of selectable in that it goes to 2WD at over 40 degrees ambient, comes on when sensing slippage, or when the wipers have been on for a while. Which mode it's in is visible on the EVIC.

My guess is that the Durango is basic fulltime AWD. I'll take a closer look when changing oil and diff fluids here in another 200 miles or so. Then I can also get on it and see how it behaves on loose surfaces.

Its transfer case seems more related to the TRX, except it's missing Low range. Well, it has AWD Low which doesn't really make sense to me.

Got a rebuilt 2025 Ford f150 XL with a reg cab and long bed 4x4. My 2008 Ram is getting tired with 260,000 miles on it.

A cabin reservation for Cape Lookout the last week in Sept!!!
We were there back in 2012 or 13 as I recall. My father in-law was 85 and climbed the steps to the top of the lighthouse with us. Tough old dude! We have a nice family picture of some of us sitting on the benches in front of the light keepers house.

For some reason, the last week of September has always had good weather no matter where we are. It's the weekend of our anniversary and there's been maybe 2 days in 40 years that had rain.

Enjoy yourself. (y)
