Today I used my gas powered power washer and did a bunch of work. It ran like a top...its a Honda powered generac. After I was done I tipped it on about a 45 degree angle and supported it so I could unhook the supply hose. I should have set it back down but as it happens i went on with shop cleaning. About 2 hours later I went out and saw it and was going to put it back in the shop. When I tipped it back level, oil ran out of the air cleaner. So, after too long a day and under orders to come eat dinner I left the little bugger till tomorrow.

So wise friends....what did I do to my motor and what should I look forward to tomorrow?

You probably just got crankcase oil into the air cleaner. Check the air cleaner, replace if needed, check the oil level, and fire it up. Be prepared for some smoke for a minute or two, then relax.

I would crank a few revolutions it with the spark plug removed.

Check the oil level in the crankcase. It should not be above the full mark. Remove the air filter. If it has oil on it, replace it. Clean all the oil from the air box-where the filter goes-and install the new filter. Remove the spark plug and give it a few pulls. Replace the spark plug and start it. It may smoke a little but should clean out. Best wishes. I have a Titan Commercial gas powered pressure washer with a B&S engine.
